Data Synergy Outbound and Inbound Calls from HPE LoadRunner

Postby mohammed.hanifa.g » Tue Aug 01, 2017 11:29 pm

Currently we are working on a POC activity for IVR end to end testing. Based on this scenario we installed DSV plugin in HP Load Runner 12.53 to make inbound and outbound calls.

Created sample call flow graphs and tried to simulate calls from DSV but we aren't succeeded. Could you please provide us the PBX settings to be used to trigger the calls from DSV.

Required Line ID, Auth UserName, Password, Domain and Proxy details to be filled in PBX settings.

Hi Mohammed,

Based on the screenshot you're making calls against a 3CX. It appears that you have configured everything correctly (assuming the domain name and proxy from 3CX are correct) except for the Authorization Username which is used for Digest Authentication when placing calls. Normally, the Authorization Username is the same as the extension number (12345 in your case). But please log in to 3CX and double-check against the extension.

If that doesn't work, please provide the output from a failed script execution.

Please let us know about the outcome.

Hi Team,

This was the outcome we are getting.

We are using an Open Source PBX(3CX) settings to trigger Outbound and Inbound calls from DSV. Currently we are facing an error "DSV Licensing Server is not available at 127.0.0.1:11010" while executing the script.

Could you please verify and let us know, are we passing the right parameters DSV Server address, Server Port, Domain and Proxy details correctly.

Attached the Error and Extension screenshot for reference.
