Can't record call audio

Im working in a test for aPoC for a client, and I have just installed the community edition of Data Synergy Voice Add-In for Vugen.

So far, works great, I was able to register to the SIP, and make a phone call to my office number. (and my office phone rings).
Now, I want to add a new step: a "Talk" box to the flow, which should just record the answer.

But when I run it, I recieve this error:

Im running this on a VuGen 12.02 in a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.

Normally, it is installed with Vugen. However it’s not always the case. Version 12.02 of Vugen is knowт not to have that. Please install, then restart Vugen.
